The Citroen AirCross - looks like a South America only crossover
This could be a new car from Citroen, but it could just as easily be another of those oddities that car makers throw at the southern end of the Americas. Citroen in Brazil has revealed – via Twitter – the Citroen AirCross, which is basically a Citroen C3 Picasso with a bit of Crossover / SUV butchness thrown in to create a rugged urban crossover. And it’s based on the old Citroen C3, which makes us think there’s a chance this may not be a world car.

Mini confirmed the Cooper SD was coming when it unveiled the new-for-2014, five-door maxi Mini last week. But now it has issued the full spec and details of the Cooper SD and the entry-level Mini One First. The 2014 Cooper SD is the most powerful diesel Mini ever, says Munich, and the 2.0-litre four-pot TD develops a stout 168bhp.
GM to buy Tesla? Seems highly unlikely
Tesla is more like a technology company than a car maker, but it’s managed to turn out a very able car in the Model S; perhaps the only car made so far that really is an alternative to an ICE car. That success has lead a US analyst - Yra Harris of Praxis – to declare that GM has Tesla in its sights as an acquisition target in 2014.
